Ingredients:For 2 servings

  • Soup-500ml Water

    • 1 tsp Oyster sauce

    • 3g Salt

    • 50ml Mentsuyu

    • 2 Eggs

    • 1/4 Japanese radish

  • 100g-200g Diced beef

  • 100-200g Chikuwa (fish cake)

 

Prepare

1. Cut ingredients into bite size pieces.

 

Cooking

1. Put the ingredients for soup (water, oyster sauce, salt and Mentsuyu) into Pot.

2. Put on the pot and add the other ingredients (egg, radish, beef, chikuwa).

3. Stew for 30 minutes.
